Fire Department participates in confined space emergency exercise

Firefighters with the 151st Air Refueling Wing participate in a confined space emergency rescue exercise April 11, 2013. A mannequin lowered into a manhole served as a victim that Staff Sgt. Leo Jensen and Staff Sgt. Thomas Beck rescued. Training exercises like this occur annually, allowing Guardsmen the chance to keep their abilities up to date, and to be prepared for any emergency.
