151st CES change of command ceremony

Major General Jefferson S. Burton awards Tech Sgt. Mike Paletta the Utah Cross April 6. Paletta, a Utah Air National Guardsman from the 151st Security Forces Squadron, was awarded the medal for heroism, distinguishing himself by performing CPR to save the life of a driver who had suffered a heart attack.
