151st ARW earns Excellent rating during inspection
Staff Sgt. Bryan Scharman and Senior Airman David Owen perform buddy checks during the 151st Air Refueling Wing Ability To Survive and Operate (ATSO) inspection May 5-6, 2012. The 151 ARW was given an overall Excellent and Mission Ready rating. Col. Samuel H. Ramsay, 151 ARW Commander, said members worked hard to earn such a good rating. "I couldn't be prouder of this unit right now," he said. "This inspection went so well because of everyone's confidence. We are in the best position going into the next fiscal year."
